![]() ![]() I understand the simplest route, I said it in my original post, I would rather not go down that path. It is very possible they intend to change this later anyway. That being said this game is still in early access so things can still change and things are being added. I sincerely hope the developers change this and I say change instead of fix because I do not want to label this as a problem necessarily just in case this was a design choice by the devs. I get the mechanic, though let's be real I think it is a bit silly to only allow boss battles in Apprentice LV1-2 missions and Veteran LV 3-4 Missions. or just mod your game so that you can a) have more characters or b) have the limiters removed. ![]() get rid of four or 8 characters and just start a ren grind up through the bosses. im not sure why youd assume boss missions would be any different giventhey have the same displayed level limiters as every other dungeon. ![]() before i posted this i fought the hag without knowing about the cauldron and got destroyed.Originally posted by banded1:were you unaware of how that mechanic worked? it's laid out pretty straight forward. ![]() Doing one before the other won't make you any more prepared for your first time fighting a new boss. My thought process is if you're going to party wipe because you didn't know what to expect, you should get it over with ASAP so you don't become too attached to the characters you lose. Without spoiling anything both the Hag and the Swine require either a well formed party or an understanding of a specific game mechanic while the Necromancer fight is fairly staight forward and the mechanic becomes obvious before it can screw you over.
